Basic Mountaineering School Application

You can get an application form for the Basic Mountaineering School four ways.

1. (preferred) Download the BMS Application in PDF format. Either fill in the blanks on screen, print it off, and sign it, or download the blank form and print it out to fill in by hand.

2. Download and print the BMS Application in Microsoft Word.
Microsoft Word 97 or higher required. File size is 69Kb.

3. Stop by the CMC offices at the American Mountaineering Center  in Golden to pick up an application.

4. Call Membership Services in Golden at (303) 279-3080 x2 and request that an application be sent to you via US mail.

Return the completed application with your check for tuition by February 19, 2010 to:
